As residents of Eastmoor, we know what a great place it is to live, work and play. But the housing crash of 2008 left our beloved neighborhood a little bruised. We didn't want the area to fall victim to boarded up foreclosures or get scooped up by faceless hedge funds so we decided to do something! We began with one distressed single family house and gave it a makeover inside and out. Then we bought another house and did the same thing. And another, and another.... Because we live here, we care deeply about the quality and character of the neighborhood. And because we are close by, we can offer the best possible service to our tenants.

 

Voted one of the Best Neighborhoods by Columbus Monthly magazine, Eastmoor is conveniently located five miles east of downtown, which is a short 10 minute drive on either Broad or Main Steets. The airport, Ohio Dominican and Capital University are minutes away. Established in the 1920's, Eastmoor has a variety of architectural styles and tree lined streets. The population is diverse and friendly. It is the perfect place for people who work or play downtown but prefer a neighborhood lifestyle.
